"Hands down the best smash burger I've ever had! Super savory with huge amounts of flavor and a nice crisp to it. The fried egg on top was perfection. The fries were cooked nice and fresh and crispy as well. Lightly seasoned, not overdone like other food trucks. The garlic mayo sauce was straight fire with the burger. I love that this food truck is in a quiet little corner, very chill spot. And the food came out quick! Easily my new favorite food truck."

"Five stars all the way! We tried Fat Boy Rick’s and had the Laos Burger with truffle fries, plus the Guava Burger. Both were absolutely amazing! The patties were juicy, full of flavor, and clearly made with top-notch ingredients. The guava twist was such a unique sweet-savory combo! Everything—from the perfectly seasoned fries to the overall vibe—was on point. Can’t wait to go back!"

"My family love this food truck. We order from here at least twice a month and the food is always delicious and served quickly. I Uber eats and get the BOGO deal. Maybe I'll ask at the truck if the sale applies on site but in any case I highly recommend this place. They always get my other correct which my kids enjoy since they don't like all the toppings. "One of the best burger spots! I’ve visited Fat boy Rick’s over 5 times and they are very consistent! The food is always good and fresh! The truffle fries are so addicting. I highly recommend getting the Lau Smash or the Friday burger. So yummy!"

"Fat Boy Ricks was part of a series of food truck experiences that my girlfriend and I have been taking in Miami. We went on a Thursday afternoon and there wasn’t too many people to where it felt cramped. Spent about $20/25 per person including the apps. Highly recommend the Friday burger if you’re looking for a sweet and savory mix, the AM Burger if you’re starving, and the truffle fries are an excellent choice overall. Burgers were very filling, while the patty was average (Still good but nothing to write home about) however the toppings raise it to a slightly above average overall rating. The fries however were the true star of the show. Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the interior. I ended up eating almost all the fries before touching my burger. Texture and flavor were TOP notch. The only downside would be the quantity of the fries per serving. Truffle fries are $7 and pictured below is the untouched amount that they serve. It’s a bit lacking but frankly I’d still return just to try them again, so somewhat worth the price. If you’re looking for a highly casual and private food truck experience (Location isn’t loud by traffic and is off the Main Street) definitely try out Fat Boy Ricks."

"I absolutely adore Fat Boy Ricks! The first time my boyfriend and I went, we were absolutely blown away by how good the food is. So much so, that we went back again the day after and the food was just as good as it was the first time. Now, we've been back a good handful of times and each time the food was amazing! Well seasoned burgers and awesome fries that are super crispy. My only complaints would be the wait time and the lack of extra sauces for burgers and fries, but those aren't bad enough to deter a visit. If you're looking for your next burger spot to try, I'd highly recommend this place!"
